PRODUCT INFORMATION
All information and data contained in product brochures and price lists are binding only to the extent that they are referred to on the Sites.
Blueprints, descriptions, models, software, etc., that may be handed over to the Customer in connection with an offer remain the property of FOSS, and may not be misused or passed on to third parties by the Customer.
RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please contact FOSS at 800-547-6275 for instructions on returning an order.
MODIFICATIONS OF THE SITES
FOSS is entitled, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any service or matter on the Sites, including but not limited to, content, features or hours of availability. FOSS may impose limits on certain features on the Sites or restrict access to parts or all of the Sites without prior notice.
PLACING OF ORDERS VIA THE SITES
Upon receipt of an order via the Sites for one or more Products (an "Order"), FOSS shall, within reasonable time hereafter confirm the Order by e-mail to the e-mail address of the User registered by FOSS (the "Order Confirmation").
If the Customer does not wish to be bound by the Order, the Customer shall, after receipt of the Order Confirmation, immediately and prior to the order shipping, contact FOSS at 800-547-6275 to cancel the order. The Order is otherwise to be considered binding for the Customer.
If the Customer does not receive confirmation of an Order made within 3 business days after the date of the Order, the Order shall not be considered legally binding for the Customer. However, the Customer shall in this case notify FOSS hereof without undue delay.
Neither FOSS nor the Customer is entitled to act upon an Order before the Order has been confirmed by FOSS.
The Customer does not have the right to alter or cancel an Order in excess of what is stated in the provisions above.
PRICES
All prices appearing in pricelist(s) on the Sites shall be exclusive of any taxes, and shipping and handling charges
Included in the price of a Product (the "Purchase Price") are packing materials, standard accessories according to current specifications for the Product, and the relevant user documentation. Installation and training are not included in the Purchase Price.
FOSS shall state the Purchase Price in the Order Confirmation.
