DATA CONTROLLER
- FOSS is the primary controller of all personal data processed in connection with the Sites.
- The FOSS Entities specified in the section "Exchange of Data" below, shall be deemed controllers of that personal data, which they receive from FOSS in accordance with this Privacy Statement or directly from the User.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
FOSS will process the following personal data about you in connection with the Sites: name, email-address, employer, position and division, and purchases made on behalf of the employer. Furthermore FOSS reserves the right to process all data concerning your interaction with the Sites, including without limitation that which you provide to FOSS or Foss Entities in connection with your use of the FOSS Internet Service.
PURPOSES OF PROCESSING DATA
The collected data will be used to facilitate the operation of the FOSS Internet Service, including without limitation to give the Customer access to order FOSS' products and services on the Internet, and to maintain an audit trail of placed orders.
FOSS may monitor or keep a record of the communications made via the Sites to establish facts, ensure compliance with applicable regulatory practices, prevent crime, investigate unauthorized use of the FOSS Internet service and/or FOSS' or FOSS Entities' telecommunication systems, secure effective operation of the Sites, and to establish the nature of communications made in connection with the Sites.
Aggregate data may also be used for statistics for the purposes of monitoring use of the Sites in order to help FOSS maintain and develop the Sites. The aggregate data will not include information that can be used to identify any individual and FOSS may provide it to third parties.
