Preventative Maintence Agreement (PMA)

With a PMA contract from FOSS, an experienced technician will service your instrument at pre-scheduled times, and perform routine maintenance. 

During the visit the service professional will also update you on the general care and maintenance of your instrument, and answer any questions you may have.

Our contracts go by the number of visits typically within a twelve month period.  Once the final visit is concluded, the contract will go into the renewal process.

Parts are sold separately from the contract.
